NC - I think what he means is that he was quoted out off context.
The interviewer asked the CM something like this "The father of unnikirishnan said that no dog would be allowed to enter the house..what do you have to say on that?" or something like that.
It was in response to this that the CM said, had it not been for Sandeep's house not even a dog would have gone there.
I'm not justifying the CM. That was no manner for a CM to speak whatever the context. However I feel some people are going over the top to showcase him as a devilish villain.
Anyways, CM has managed to shame the commies. And opposition parties continue to make hay!

The news channels had a field day with this. This was the first time I have ever been ashamed of being a Malayalee. Ithrayum oru alavalathiye CM akkiya state anallo ennorthu.
